The Academic Orthopaedic Consortium (AOC) is launching new peer-specific leadership coaching huddles designed for academic orthopaedic leaders seeking a confidential, role-specific forum to navigate real-world leadership challenges. These small, peer-only groups provide protected time for Chairs, Vice Chairs, Division Chiefs, and Program Directors to step out of day-to-day operations, pressure-test decisions, and learn directly from colleagues who understand the unique demands of their roles. An upcoming informational webinar will introduce the structure, intent, and facilitation model behind the leadership huddles and help leaders determine whether participation may be a fit for them or members of their leadership team.
