Using Data to Drive Your Success

Tuesday, April 18 • 3:00pm EST / 2:00pm CST

Reviewing your DME Program on a regular basis will empower you to make data driven decisions, stay on top of trends, to mitigate risks, and to strategically lead your department rather than just hoping you’re doing things right. We will be discussing a 3-step approach for leveraging data along with sharing some great tips for how to optimize your approach to data analysis. Lastly, we will highlight how dialing into a few key inventory metrics can positively influence your DME Program. Whether you’re just starting to gather baseline information or analyzing historical reports, making a regular commitment to understand what drives your DME program success will automatically make you more successful.
